The initial goal for the Thought Leaders is to frame the topic in terms of core questions and an overview of the issue. Once framed the Thought Leader (with the help of the project Thought Leader) will recruit a team (virtual) to address the question and topic. This process will generate a resource list of individuals, books and organizations capable of providing input, editing and feedback to the research.

 

Once the research is developed and synthesized we'll hold a session to distill the different Thought Communities into a cohesive picture of possible futures. 

 

Connecting the dots
OMS provides a unique cross section of the industry and will use that unique vantage to incorporate many of the current reform efforts. These efforts are focused on segments of the overall process. OMS attempt to provide a clearing house and portal to these various efforts and attempt to provide a larger context while integrating their work as part of the larger goal of transformation.
